Another reverse engineering project, this time done for fun when I had some spare time at uni but wasn't finished until now. The project was intended to enhance my sudio rendering and lighting skills. Thanks to Mustan9 and Jeff Patton for their help with that and to SmichSmash for help with recreating the materials correctly which is very subtle and probably only noticeable by those that own this mp3 player. Modelled in Rhino, rendered in Max 9 with mental ray and post work in photoshop.
